Labuor Card Maternity Benefit Scheme

Maternity benefit for women worker, wife and two daughters of registered construction workers limited to two deliveries each. If a female laborer is married or the daughters of a laborer are married, then under this scheme Rs 20000 is given from the government. That is, in the Maternity Benefit scheme, if the woman herself is a laborer and she is not married, then Rs 20000 is given from the government for the marriage of the woman, this amount is given to those working women who are registered in the BOCW department.

Labor card registration is given to the laborers working in the unorganized sector and there are many types of profit schemes associated with the labor card. Unorganized sector means building construction or many laborers who do daily wages like someone engaged in the work of road construction. Laborers engaged in construction of building construction, laborer, blacksmith, potter etc. can get benefits under this scheme.
