जिन परिवारों की आय 1 लाख 80 हजार रु सालाना है इसके अलावा आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर व 2 हैक्टेयर तक जमीन वाले परिवार है जिन परिवारू की सालाना आय 1 लाख 80 हजार से ज्यादा है उन परिवारों को इस योजना का लाभ नहीं दिया जायगा

पात्रता:-

हाउस टैक्स का ब्याज होगा माफ मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश वासियों को राहत देते हुए 31 मार्च 2019 तक के सभी हाऊस टैक्स के ब्याज को माफ करने की घोषणा की और 10% छूट के साथ प्रोपर्टी टैक्स भरने वालों को राहत देते हुए उसकी तिथि 31 दिसंबर 2019 तक करने की घोषणा की। इसके साथ-साथ छोटे क्षेत्र में बने मकानों के प्लाटों का नक्शा पास करवाने की प्रक्रिया में संबंधित विभाग द्वारा एक प्रारूप तैयार किया जाएगा, जोकि मान्य होगा। इस व्यवस्था से संबंधित व्यक्तियो को नक्शा नवीस से नक्शा बनाने की जरूरत नही रहेगी, जिससे लोगों को आर्थिक लाभ होगा
