Awas Yojna) का शुभांरभ 2015 में किया गया था। यह योजना उन सभी लोगो के लिए चलाई गई है जिन लोगो के अपना खुद का घर नही होता है या फिर किराऐ के मकानो में रहते है। और बहुत से लोग कच्‍चे मकानो व झुग्‍गी झोपडियों में रहते है। ये लोग अपना खुद का मकान खरीदने या बनाने में असमर्थ होते है क्‍योकि इनके पास इतना पैसा नही होता है।

आपको बता दे सरकार की इस स्‍कीम के तहत गरीब लोगों को घर बनाने के लिए कुछ रूपये देती है जो कि सब्सिड़ी के रूप में होते हैं। इस स्‍कीम के तहत सरकार का लक्ष्य है कि साल 2022 तक सभी लोगों के पास अपना खुद का पक्का मकान हो। आपको बता दे कि पीएम आवास स्‍कीम 2 तरह की होती हैं।

1. पीएम शहरी आवास योजना (PMAY-Urban)
2. पीएम ग्रामीण आवास योजना (PMAY-Rural)

PMAY स्‍कीम सब्सिडी

आपको बता दे पीएम शहरी आवास योजना के तहत 2.67 लाख रूपऐ एवं पीएम ग्रामीण आवास योजना के तहत 1.20 लाख रूपऐ की सब्सिडी (Subsidy) सीधे बैंक खाते में भेजी जाती है। PM Awas Yojna का लाभ लेने के लिए आपको इसके लिए आवेदन करना होता है।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की लिस्‍ट हर साल अधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर निकाली जाती है। अगर उस लिस्‍ट में आपका नाम आता है तो आपको इस स्‍कीम के तहत सब्सिडी दी जाती है। अगर बात करे कि इसके लिए आवेदन कैसे करते है तो आपको बता दे कि:

• पीएम आवास योजना के लिए 2 तरह से आवेदन किया जा सकता है।
• पहला, आप अपने नजदीकी कॉमन सर्विस सेण्‍टर (CSC) या जन सुविधा केन्‍द्र पर जाकर आवेदन कर सकते है।
• दूसरा, आप आवास योजना की ऑफिशियल साइट पर जाकर खुद से भी आवेदन कर सकते है।

Step 1. राजस्थान आवास योजना

दोस्‍तो PM Awas Yojna, Rajasthan की ग्रामीण लिस्‍ट में अपना नाम देखने के लिए आपको नीचे दिए गए निर्देशों को Follow करना है। इसके लिए सबसे पहले आपको यहा क्लिक करना होगा।

• क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने PMAY-Rural की ऑफिशियल साइट खुल जाएगी।
• अब आपको सबसे लास्‍ट में Beneficiary Details for Verification  लिखा दिखाई देगा।
• आपको इस पर क्लिक करना है जैसा नीचे दी गई इमेज में देख सकते है।

Step 2. राजस्थान आवास योजना

• Beneficiary Details for Verification पर क्लिक करने के बाद  आपके सामने एक नया पेज खुल जाएगा।
• इसमें आपको नीचे दी गई फोटो के अनुसार सबसे पहले वाले ऑप्‍शन में राजस्‍थान को Select करना है।
• इसके बाद अगले Option में आपको अपना जिला Select करना है जिस भी जिले के लिए आप लिस्‍ट देखना चाहते है।
• फिलहाल आपको समझाने के लिए हम example के तौर पर जयपुर Select कर रहे है।
• ऐसे ही आपको अपनी पचांयत/तहसील और गाॅव सलेक्‍ट करना है व इससे अगले ऑप्‍शन में वर्ष 2022 सिलेक्‍ट कर लेना है।

अब सबसे लास्‍ट वाले ऑप्‍शन में आपको बहुत सारे विकल्‍प मिल जाएगें। इसमें आपको सबसे उपर वाला ऑप्‍शन – PRADHAN MANTRI AAWAS YOJNA GRAMIN को सलेक्‍ट कर लेना है। इससे आगे आपको कुछ गणित के अंक दिए जाएगें जिन्‍हें प्‍लस माइनस करना होता है और इसे कैप्‍चा कोड में भरकर Submit के बटन पर क्लिक कर देना है।

Step 3. राजस्थान आवास योजना

• Submit बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद नीचे दी गई इमेंज के अनुसार आपके सामने दो ऑपशन आएगें-
  1. Download Excel 2. Download PDF
• आप किसी भी एक फॉरमेट पर क्लिक करके पीएम आवास योजना राजस्‍थान की ग्रामीण लिस्‍ट Download कर पाओगे।

फॉरमेंट पर क्लिक करने के बाद लिस्‍ट ओपन हो जाएगी। लिस्‍ट को Open करने के बाद आपको इसमें लाभार्थी का नाम, योजना का नाम और वर्ष, House Status, नरेगा जॉब कार्ड नम्‍बर, Sanction Number/ Sanction Date व Sanctioned Amount यानि कि कितना पैसा आपको मिला है। और किस तारिख पर मिला है आदि की जानकारी मिल जाएगी। अगर पीएम आवास योजना राजस्‍थान की ग्रामीण सूची में आपका नाम है तो आपको योजना के तहत घर बनाने के लिए सब्सिडी का लाभ मिल जाएगा। यह सब्सिडी आपको किस्‍तों के रूप में भी भेजी जा सकती है। बाकी योजना से जुडे सभी अन्तिम फेसले विभाग के द्धारा ही लिए जाते है।

There are two ways to apply for PM Awas Yojana. First, you can apply by going to your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or Public Facilitation Center. Secondly, you can also apply by visiting the official site of the housing scheme.

Step 1.

Friends, to see your name in the rural list of PM Awas Yojna, Rajasthan, you have to follow the instructions given below. For this, first you have to click here.

After clicking, the official site of PMAY-Rural will open in front of you. Now you will see the last written Beneficiary Details for Verification. You have to click on it as you can see in the image below.

Step 2. राजस्थान आवास योजना

After clicking on Beneficiary Details for Verification, a new page will open in front of you. In this, according to the photo given below, you have to select Rajasthan in the first option. After this, in the next option you have to select your district, whichever district you want to see the list for. For the sake of explaining you at the moment, we are choosing Jaipur as an example.

In the same way, you have to select your Panchayat / Tehsil and village and select the year 2019-20 in the next option.

Now you will get lots of options in the most last option. In this, you have to select the top option – PRADHAN MANTRI AAWAS YOJNA GRAMIN. Next you will be given some math marks which have to be minus minus and fill it in captcha code and click on the Submit button.

Step 3. राजस्थान आवास योजना

After clicking on submit button, according to the image given below, you will have two options- 1. Download Excel 2. Download PDF By clicking on any of the formats, you will be able to download the rural list of PM Awas Yojana Rajasthan.

After clicking on the list, the list will open. After opening the list, you have the beneficiary’s name, scheme name and year, House Status, NREGA Job Card Number, Sanction Number / Sanction Date and Sanctioned Amount i.e. how much money you have received. And on which date you will get information etc.

If the PM Awas Yojana is your name in the rural list of Rajasthan,
then you will get the benefit of subsidy to build houses under the scheme. This subsidy can also be sent to you in the form of installments.
