In compliance with point number 16 and 17 (Ease of Doing Farming) of the Honorable Chief Minister's budget announcement for the year 2019-20, the farmers are being provided by Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing Department, Animal Husbandry Department, Agricultural Marketing Board, Seed Corporation, Seed Certification Institute etc. An integrated portal "Raj Kisan Sathi" is being developed to provide benefits of various schemes operated in a quick and transparent manner.

• Various services being implemented for the farmers by the departments of Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing, Animal Husbandry, Dairy etc. (Single Window) facility will be developed to make available online at one place in the form of a single window. 
  
• Farmers will be able to take advantage of these facilities by registering once on the portal, that is, the facility of online application will be available at one place.
  
• In the offices of the department also, the entire process from application to checking of documents, physical verification, administrative and financial approval and payment will be done online so that there can be transparency, ease and speed in the works.
• Data bank of farmers registered on Raj Kisan Portal will be integrated with Revenue Department's e-Dharti Portal, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Portal, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Portal and a corresponding counseling process will be developed for the farmers.
• A data bank of farmers will be developed in which details of land ownership, soil health, crop cycle, grants taken under various schemes will be maintained.
• Crop management and advisory system based on agro-climatic factors like weather, soil, etc. will be developed.
• Geo-spatial mapping will be done to provide online information about electronic market, online mandi price, and agricultural processing and other post-harvest management facilities to farmers in the direction of getting fair price for their produce.
• G.I.S. Based crop identification and crop estimation system will be developed so that crop area, production and losses can be assessed.
• Artificial Intelligence based chat bot system will be developed so that solutions to farmers' questions/curiosities can be made available to them at all times through computer system.
